A master of all trades, Steven Voegele is the Chef de Cuisine at Brigantessa where he crafts Neapolitan style pizzas using locally sourced ingredients.

Steven got his start in the restaurant business in the ‘90s when he washed dishes at The White Dog Café in Philadelphia. His skillset was obvious from the start, and he quickly moved up to learn more about what it would take to run a successful restaurant business.

In 2013, Steven launched his pizza career when he fell in love with the dough of the pizza-making process. He’s had training from of the world’s best in pizza and pasta at the Pizza and Pasta Expo in Las Vegas.

Chef Steven Voegele now derives his own palette and inspiration from trying out new local restaurants and collecting cookbooks from a variety of locations. He’s always thinking of new and tasty pizza creations like this one here!
