Mac Miller’s Cause of death was revealed to be an accidental overdose after the intake of a lethal mix of fentanyl, cocaine, and alcohol. The L.A. Coroner’s Office released the toxicology reports this morning and it was first reported by TMZ

The rapper was found dead in his home in San Fernando Valley on September 7th, and police believe that his home was scrubbed clean of drugs before the paramedics were called.

According to TMZ the amount of each drug is not what killed him, instead, it was the combination of the drugs.

The last video that Mac Miller posted was a live performance of “Hurt Feelings” at The Hotel Café.
