Pizza isn't a business at Pizza Brain. It's art, it's a way of life. We're honored to have them in our pizza family and their amazing pizza at Pizzadelphia Fest on June 15 at the Navy Yard. Get your tickets before they're gone!

Primarily using locally grown ingredients to create their homemade dough, sauce, and pepper flakes, their farm to table fresh methods curate authentic taste by the pie! You might be wondering, who are the Picassos behind the pizza? Executive Pizza Chef Joe Hunter along with co-owners Ryan Anderson and Michael Carter are the masterminds. The trio’s pies are on countless “best lists” across the nation, and it’s no surprise as to why.

From red to white, classic and specialty thin-crust pies are available at each location with unique titles to resemble their one of a kind combinations. The Forbes Waggensense is a red pie which landed #9 in The Daily Meal’s Top 10 Pepperoni Pizzas in America! This pie is available at each location and includes mozzarella, fontina, grana padano, fresh basil and smoked pepperoni. The Hoagie Jawn is a specialty, Fishtown location pie including mozzarella, spicy capicola, sopressata, roasted red peppers, banana peppers, long hot aioli, aged provolone and arugula. For our vegan friends out there, the Tom tomato no cheese pie is available at each location with non-dairy Daiya cheese available upon request. Pizza Brain has options everyone can enjoy!

Woman Crush Wednesday: Jane. Often overlooked because of her modesty, Jane is anything but plain. Her subtle sophistication sets her apart from the other common, dull cheese pizzas. She doesn't brag about it, but when you get to know her, her layers suggest a well cultured personality. Taking traditions from her travels through the Italian Peninsula, from The Po River Valley in the north, down to the southern points overlooking the Ionian Sea, Jane blends these two disparate regions, complimenting Aged Sharp Provolone and Mozzarella, with the refinement of Grana Padano.
