Spending some more time in doors and having the gyms being shut down, we all have to find a way to keep ourselves happy and healthy! Working out is something that you can still do at home to keep your life moving!

Here are a few different workouts that you can do at home with little to no equipment needed.

Pushups

Classic, but effective. It uses multiple muscle groups for maximum growth and helps to get the shoulder joints strong. Don’t be afraid to do these on your knees, you’re at home and you’re working on you! 

Crunches

One of the most important things in working out is core strength. This exercise you need to put your knees in the air at a 90 degree angle, hands by the sides of your head, and contract your abdominal muscles bringing your head toward your knees as far as you can, then lie back down and repeat.

Lower Back Curl

This workout works the whole back and is super simple to do at home to strengthen your back. This will also alleviate back pain from sitting at a desk (or your couch. Yes, we know everyone has started binge-watching).

Deadbug

This helps with core stabilizers. I’m honestly not quite sure what that means, but it does help to tone so you’ll look GREAT for the beach this Summer!

Squats

This exercise will help you to achieve toned legs. They work up your quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, abs, lower back AND your glutes (Booty).

Calf Raises

These can be down anywhere you can stand. This is a workout that actually can give huge definition to your legs as a whole.
