Coffee and Chocolate Will Actually Make You Smarter, Says Neuroscience

According to a newly-released Neuroscience study (yes, neuroscience), coffee, tea, and chocolate are shown to make brains healthier and more resilient to age, etc.

Not only does caffeine help your brain, but it also was shown to reduce the risk of brain cancer and also the risk of Alzheimer's disease, too.

But, here's the catch... the study showed the ideal daily intake of coffee for maximum brain-benefits is between 6 and 8 cups. That is daily. That is a lot.
