Pizza, for whatever reason, happens to have a negative association to it, no matter what time you decide to chow down on a slice or 7.

We're here to kick that negative connotation and tell you that pizza is actually healthier than cereal.

According to recent findings by New York Nutritionist, Chelsey Amer, while not the ideal "balanced breakfast," a delicious slice of your favorite pizza may actually be better for you than a giant bowl of frosted sugar flakes.

Think about it -- Pizza has protein, carbs, and maybe even some vegetables, too. (That's a pretty balanced breakfast!)
