Event Description:

Bennett is joining the American Heart Association’s 22nd Annual Home Runs for Heart to honor the legacies of Phillies legends Richie Ashburn and Harry Kalas. 

You, too, can step up to the plate at Citizens Bank Park on May 6 and May 7 to strike out heart disease in Philadelphia!

This home-run derby style event allows participants to take 20 swings at home plate.

After batting, participants can take a turn at fielding and pose for a souvenir photo.

The team, individual man and individual woman with the most home runs and the most points (based on distance) will receive prizes.

The event is held annually by the American Heart Association and the Philadelphia Phillies in honor of Richie Ashburn, the former Hall of Fame Philadelphia Phillies player and broadcaster, who died of a heart attack in 1997.
